She has led organizational assessments, impact evaluations, program performance measurement and strategic planning for clients ranging from federal agencies like SSA and the Federal Reserve Bank to private sector companies and nonprofits. Her extensive career has included leading organizational effectiveness retreats for the CDC, conducting community impact assessments for federal transportation agencies and helping corporations align their data strategies with long-term business goals. Through every project, her focus remains on turning complex data into clear, practical insights.

Leading with Purpose and Expertise

Dr. Ekpagu’s passion for data comes from a deep belief that information, when properly harnessed, can create meaningful change. She holds a PhD in Public Policy & Management from Georgia Tech and Georgia State University, an MPA in Management and Finance from Georgia State University and a B.S. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from North Carolina A&T State University. As a Fulbright Specialist, she has also served on national and international boards, contributing her expertise to organizations such as the American Society for Public Administration and Selfless4Africa, Inc..
